In the parish of Poltimore, about three miles from Pinhoe railway station and five miles from Exeter, consisting of good fertile land, 95 acres being rich in meadow and pasture, 5.5 acres orchard and about 88 acres in Arable. No 92 on plan is taken from Hornhill Farm and added to this holding.
