Exeter College

On March 7th 2012, Exeter College Archaeology AS Level students took part in a geophysical survey at Poltimore. Having learnt the theory of geophysical surveying in the classroom, they had an opportunity to put theory into practice by using both a gradiometer and a resistivity meter to conduct a geophysical survey in two areas of the gardens. The students really rose to the challenge and asked lots of interesting questions.
